This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Sanpete County Court Docket is privately operated. We cannot retrieve a docket, change a hearing, seal a case, issue an official copy, accept a filing or payment, or provide legal advice.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Send each request to the office that maintains the original case. Utah State Courts records staff serve the Sixth District Court and Sixth District Juvenile Court location in Manti. The official court page does not publish counter hours, so confirm availability before traveling. The contact is:

Choose the route that matches the need:
- A case history: use Case Lookup through Utah Courts Xchange, or ask the proper clerk for a public record
- A court date: review Court Dates, then confirm the setting with the court shown on the notice
- A certified copy: ask the clerk that holds the file about certification, price, identification, and delivery requirements
- A pleading, order, or full file item: use the Utah Judiciary Request for a Record form and describe the document with reasonable detail
- Hearing audio: give the court, case number, and hearing date to the records email; an audio file is not a certified transcript
Sanpete County Justice Court maintains its own cases at 160 N. Main St., Suite 301, Manti, UT 84642. Its published phone is 435-835-2103, and its listed hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Municipal citations and city justice matters should go to the clerk of the city court printed on the citation or notice.
County administrative records use a different channel. Sanpete County Clerk Linda Christiansen handles county records and GRAMA routing at 160 North Main, Suite 202, phone 435-835-2131. That office is not the clerk for Sixth District Court case files. Utah court records follow UCJA Rules 4-202.02 through 4-202.08, while GRAMA under Utah Code Title 63G, Chapter 2 applies to county administrative records.
